May 5, 2019 - Gardens Group has announced the sale of its interest to Carson St. Partners in 2 landmark buildings located in Pittsburgh's dynamic Southside neighborhood.
Gardens Group was instrumental in securing the purchase of the 2 properties and in planning their development as future apartment lofts. Gardens Group elected to sell its interest in the properties in order to focus its efforts on larger development opportunities in the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and South Florida markets.
